You’ll have a daily checklist to follow, designed to keep you focused and on track every step of the way.
MEALS
Follow along simple easy to prep meal plan for greater results.
PROGRESS
You will be required to check in and submit your weigh ins and measurements. Photo proof or video of some steps. We ask everyone take progress photos. If you cant get uncomfortable to get where you want to be, this program may not be fit for you.
WORKOUTS
6 weeks Full Access to gym classes and/or Press play follow along 30minute workout sessions. As well as homework.
