THIS PHASE OF THE WORKOUT IS IMPORTANT TO PREPARE YOUR BODY FOR EXERCISE BY INCREASING BLOOD FLOW TO THE MUSCLES, RAISING THE BODY TEMPERATURE, AND REDUCING THE RISK OF INJURY.
DEMONSTRATION
BEFORE A WORKOUT, A TRAINER DEMONSTRATES AND EXPLAINS THE EXERCISES, EMPHASIZING THE IMPORTANCE OF PROPER FORM AND TECHNIQUE. THIS DEMONSTRATION PHASE ALLOWS FOR LEARNING EXERCISE TERMINOLOGY AND HELPS BUILD CONFIDENCE IN FITNESS THROUGH TRAINER AND GROUP INTERACTION.
