  • INDIVIDUALS  WILL PERFORM A DIFFERENT ROUNDS OF EXERCISES OR TASKS WITHIN AN ALOTTED TIME.

  • COMPLETE EXERCISES WITH CORRECT FORM.

  • GOAL FOR EACH PERSON IS TO FINISH STRONG.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

RAIN OR SHINE WE ARE ON! HOWEVER, IF THUNDER / LIGHTENING OR SEVERE INCLEMENT WEATHER ARISES, GAMES WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR A LATER DATE. MAY BE RESCHEDULED 2-6 WEEKS LATER DEPENDING ON BEAST BODY SCHEDULE AND FUTURE WEATHER FORECASTS.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IM MODIFIED?

NO WORRIES. WE ARE EXPECTING MODIFIERS. SO THERE WILL BE MODIFICATIONS.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DECIDE TO BE A NO SHOW?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DONT KNOW MY LEVEL?

NO WORRIES SHOW UP AND DO WHAT YOU CAN!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DONT COMPLETE? 

YOU DO WHAT YOU CAN AND DONT QUIT. HOWEVER IF YOU ARE UN ABLE TO PERFORM DUE TO CERTAIN INJURIES OR RESTRICTIONS THEN CLEAN UP AND GET READY FOR FOOD!

WHAT IF WE GET BUMBPS, SCRAPES, OR BRUISES?

EXPECT IT! IF IT IS LIFE THREATENING, PLEASE YELL EMERGENCY IF ITS AN EMERGENCY. IF NOT, WE WILL HAVE A TABLE SET UP WITH 1ST AID NEEDS FOR MINOR SCRAPES OR CUTS.
